Refund Policies

Trip Days Holidays - Refund Policy (Following Indian Tourism Department Guidelines) 

*Trip Days Holidays* is committed to providing a transparent and hassle-free booking experience.  This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and amendments to your  Kerala tour package, adhering to the guidelines set forth by the Indian Tourism Department. 

*Cancellation Charges: * 

* Cancellations received *more than 30 days* prior to your departure date will be eligible for a *70%  refund* of the total package cost. 

* Cancellations received *between 15 and 30 days* prior to your departure date will be eligible for a  *50% refund* of the total package cost. 

* Cancellations received *within 15 days* of your departure date or in case of a *no-show, **no  refund* will be offered. 

*Please note: * 

* The Indian Tourism Department regulations allow tour operators to levy minimum cancellation  charges. In accordance with these guidelines, Trip Days Holidays may charge a minimum cancellation  fee of *Rs. 3,000* or *4% of the package cost (whichever is higher) *, in addition to any  cancellation/retention fees imposed by specific hotels, houseboats, or transportation providers. 

* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your company email address].  Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. 

*Early Departure: * 

In the unfortunate event of an early departure due to unforeseen circumstances, Trip Days Holidays  will make all reasonable efforts to cancel any remaining bookings on your behalf. However, the  refund amount will be limited to the recoverable value from unused services. While we will assist  you wherever possible, Trip Days Holidays does not hold liability for reimbursements arising from  early departures. 

*Changes to Your Booking: *

* If you wish to modify your booking dates or inclusions within *30 days* of your departure date, we  will try our best to accommodate your request. However, any changes may be subject to additional  charges or limitations based on hotel availability, revised service costs, and seasonality. 

* Changes requested *less than 30 days* prior to departure may be considered a cancellation and  subject to the cancellation charges mentioned above. 

*We recommend purchasing travel insurance* to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances  that may lead to trip cancellation or interruption.
